We answer all your questions

Why did Scope3 acquired Adloox?

On November 4, 2024, Scope3 announced its acquisition of Adloox, a strategic move designed to strengthen our media optimization and sustainability solutions. This acquisition integrates Scope3's sustainability expertise with Adloox's advanced ad verification and optimization technology, enabling advertisers to simultaneously reduce wasted ad spend and minimize carbon emissions. The acquisition also represents a significant step toward advancing Scope3's vision for more sustainable, efficient, and secure media buying through agentic advertising. By leveraging thousands of data signals, key ecosystem integrations, and state-of-the-art technological infrastructure combined with large language model capabilities, we now deliver leading agentic products that empower advertisers and publishers to regain control over their digital media operations.

Is Scope3 and Ad Verification Company?

Scope3 is not an ad verification company. Our agentic media platform is built to help advertisers design and deploy intelligent media agents that deliver on unique campaign goals—across safety, performance, sustainability, and storytelling—while operating seamlessly across the entire media ecosystem.

What does this mean for existing Adloox customers?

Adloox customers can expect uninterrupted support for all current ad verification and optimization tools. There is no disruption to existing services at this time. Services currently available through Adloox, including media reporting and brand safety and suitability solutions, are being carefully transitioned to comparable and enhanced Scope3 products such as Media Quality Reporting and Brand Standards. Adloox customers should contact their designated representative with any questions or concerns.

How does this relate to Scope3's existing sustainability solutions?

This acquisition strengthens Scope3's Climate Shield and Green Media Products (GMPs) by adding Adloox's capabilities to avoid problematic placements, made-for-advertising (MFA) sites, and high-emissions properties. It also expands Scope3's footprint across leading media platforms.

How does this acquisition benefit advertisers?

The combined technologies will enable advertisers to identify and reduce waste more effectively through advanced signals including Invalid Traffic (IVT) and viewability metrics. This integration allows advertisers to purchase media more sustainably while improving campaign efficiency and effectiveness, ultimately reducing both carbon emissions and wasted spend. Through Scope3's agentic products, Brand Standards and Brand Stories, advertisers can now target and protect campaigns with unprecedented efficiency, leveraging the power of content analysis and large language model comprehension capabilities.

What is the timeline for the migration?

Over the coming quarters, both Scope3 and Adloox teams will collaborate to integrate technology platforms and personnel. Our focus remains on making media buying and advertising more efficient, secure, and sustainable for all participants while minimizing disruption to existing customers. Key Adloox integrations have already been successfully transferred to Scope3, including Meta and Google DV360. Adloox measurement tags and associated reporting capabilities are also being transitioned. Please contact our team to learn more about these developments. Updates will be shared as integration progress continues.

Can I still access Adloox services, support, and dashboard?

Yes. The Adloox dashboard (Adloox UI) will remain accessible until further notice. Adloox support teams and account managers are continuing their work with existing customers without interruption. Please reach out to your existing Scope3 or Adloox representative for any questions or concerns.
